Shipping & Returns


All collections are transported by Addison Lee Courier.

You will be notified of the delivery date & time. Please ensure someone is able to receive your order or let us know if you’d like to reschedule the delivery date.

Delivery costs are included in the price unless otherwise stated.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped with tracking information.​

Please be sure to track your package and stay available should customs need to contact you.

We do not take responsibility for packages once they have left our depot.

If there are any issues with customs/the country officials need documentation or clarification. please contact for more information.

A signature is required to receive your order so please ensure you are there to receive, or arrange another time to attempt delivery.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.


The prices of products are expressed in Pounds inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. You will be responsible on any applicable custom duties and we are not able to estimate any possible duty that might occur.


All sales final, no returns. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances. Due to the bespoke nature this is given at our extreme discretion.

Please ensure you have fully considered the designs and design details prior to confirming your order.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
